We believe in the most transparent of pricing possible. We will always keep an updated list of our postage/shipping rates published. The Tier 1 plan has a 5% markup added to the invoice for postage and Uline that we buy for your account. Tier 2 customers pay a 3% markup. Tier 3 pays a 1% markup of postage and supplies.

Fully transparent pricing is rare in 3PL, where pennies are added to every service and each customer is given different shipping rates. Some customers get a bigger discount than others while the 3PL leverages total volume to negotiate lower rates for itself. You see our rates and know what you are paying.

Many large 3PL companies will leverage their entire shipping volume for discounts with UPS and Fedex. For example, shipping Widget A costs $5.00 to ship based on retail rates. Your company currently gets a discount of $0.50 because you ship 50,000 of these a year. But you sign up with the Big 3PL company to handle your distribution for you, and they say they can get you another $0.25 off for Widget A. So you're saving on labor and shipping. Great!

Wait! Big 3PL is actually paying $2.75 to ship Widget A! Because they are shipping off 5,000,000 packages a year on their account. They get to pocket the difference in cost directly on top of the higher pick, pack, sort, and storage fees. Dropship Zero's clear pricing ensures that we leverage our discounts for you.

Returns Services

Returns are a huge pain for any retailer, whether it be online or brick-and-mortar.

It generates waste and is a drain on labor hours, but necessary for the customer experience and satisfaction.

Outsourcing "reverse logistics" is a popular option, but providers are still expensive and require complicated integrations.

Re-WOW Program

This is a popular program that we developed for our customers focused on developing brand value and high customer engagement.

Using the returns processes, we build an inventory of out-of-stock and discontinued inventory.

The inventory stays out of the normal 3PL supply chain and under control of your customer service team, they can WOW customers by getting them your products not available through the normal process. Giving them another option in the customer satisfaction toolkit.

We receive the orders from your team and ship directly to your customers.
